Believe

to have confidence in the truth, the existence, or the reliability of something,
although without absolute proof that one is right in doing so.

I'll be honest. I'm not sure how to start this off.
but for the past few years, this word
believe
has meant more to me than ever before.

I know i'm not the only one that has been through tough times and suffered from anxiety--especially at my age.
Many teenagers, although not understood by many others, go through a lot of stress and emotional break downs.
This had happend to me quite a bit but in 2006 I was introduced to The Secret.
It's all about the Law of Attraction.

"If you think positive, positive things will happen.
If you think negative, negative things will happen."

The more I listened to it, the more I came up with my own beliefs on life.

I've always been a self-motivator and a very driven person.
& It has always bothered to me hear people say "they can't" do something.
I feel as though one can do whatever they put their mind to.

People don't realize the power they have when they believe in something.

Its something difficult to explain - but once you realize it, the possibilities are endless.

So if your reading this...take a second and think about your dreams and desires.

Know that they are ALL possible if you believe.

I can't make you believe by reading this post, or by telling you to.

It's an inner strength you must find on your own.

Start by appreciating the good in things.

When something bad happens find a reason for it and tell yourself it WILL get better.

BECAUSE I PROMISE YOU IT WILL

Although some things will take longer to get through... you need to stay strong and know that it happend for a reason and that everything will be OK.

This word means everything to me and I hope it helps you the way it helped me. I'm not a great writer and I don't know the best words to use to show you. But if you ARE reading this and you have an open mind.. I am sure you will see where I am coming from

This word can motivate anyone - if they just let it.

Imagine the impact it has on people.

For example: An athlete, lost in the game during the game point for a championship. So many things running through their mind.

But as they look up and hear the crowd chanting, they see this...

it can make the biggest impact in the world to them - it's that goosebump feeling.

I hope this blog can leave you with a little hope and the next time you feel like your alone, or somethings going wrong... remember...

Only if one believes in something, can one act purposefully.
